매콤 두부 볶음 (Spicy Tofu Stir-Fry)

Ingredients

  • Firm tofu — 1 block
  • Soy sauce — 2 tbsp
  • Gochujang — 1 tbsp
  • Garlic, minced — 1 clove
  • Oil — 1 tbsp

Steps

  1. Press tofu, cut into cubes.
  2. Stir-fry garlic in oil; add tofu.
  3. Add soy + gochujang; toss until coated.
  4. Serve with rice.
