Ingredients
Firm tofu — 1 block
Soy sauce — 2 tbsp
Gochujang — 1 tbsp
Garlic, minced — 1 clove
Oil — 1 tbsp
Steps
Press tofu, cut into cubes.
Stir-fry garlic in oil; add tofu.
Add soy + gochujang; toss until coated.
Serve with rice.
